The peaceful environment invites all kinds of activities in nature :

• cycling along roads where hardly any car comes,
• mountain biking on the Causse, in the forests and on the hills,
• horse riding over the hills and through fields of poppies or sunflowers,
• hiking for hours without crossing a living soul,
• canoeing on the Lot and its shady tributaries,
• in summer you can also swim in the river!

The limestone plateau has allowed the formation of caves and caverns, in the Lot you will find the most famous caves to visit in France or you can also practice speleology.
